During the raw material storage stage, sampling inspections of core components such as PCB boards, chips, and batteries are required to verify the qualifications of suppliers and the consistency of component parameters, preventing unqualified raw materials from entering the production line. Among them, batteries need to be particularly tested for indicators such as capacity, internal resistance, and cycle life, while chips need to undergo functional compatibility tests. In the production process control, multiple quality inspection nodes are set up. After SMT soldering, problems such as short circuits and omissions are detected through AOI (Automatic Optical Inspection) equipment. After the RF module assembly, initial tests are conducted, and after the casing assembly, the sealing performance and structural firmness are checked. Waterproof walkie-talkies also need to undergo IPX7-level waterproof testing by immersing the equipment in 1-meter-deep water for 30 minutes to check for water ingress faults. Before the finished products are released, comprehensive performance tests are required, including frequency error, transmission power, reception sensitivity, audio clarity, battery endurance, etc. At the same time, reliability tests are conducted under extreme conditions such as high and low temperatures, humidity, and vibration to ensure that the products meet industry standards and user requirements. In addition, the enterprise needs to establish a quality traceability system, assigning a unique serial number to each device, recording the production batch, test data, and after-sales information, facilitating subsequent problem investigation and recall handling.
